Terms of Use

1. What the service is

Dadyar offers two services together: an AI assistant that grounds answers to legal questions in the text of Iranian law, and a lawyers network that connects you to verified, licensed lawyers for real consultation. Using Dadyar means accepting these terms.

2. Account and identity

Sign-in uses your mobile number and a one-time code (OTP); keeping access to your number and account is your responsibility. Joining as a lawyer or using special modes requires verifying a bar license, and false information may lead to suspension.

3. Credits and payment

AI services are consumed as “credits.” Purchased credits never expire. The free plan has a daily usage cap and buying credits does not lift that daily cap. Each request is charged after completion based on actual usage, with the amount shown transparently before use.

4. Lawyer consults and escrow

For a lawyer consult, payment is made before the session and held in escrow by Dadyar; there is no unpaid session. Cancelling before the session begins yields a full refund. If a dispute arises, it is reviewed within the defined window and refunded where warranted. The lawyer's share settles after the defined period.

5. SMS messages

Dadyar sends two kinds of SMS. The first is service SMS — one-time sign-in codes, payment receipts, consult events and deadline reminders — which are part of the service itself and are always sent. The second is announcements and offers: occasional news, new features and offers sent from Dadyar's dedicated announcement line. Receiving this second kind is optional; you can turn it off at any time from Profile → Announcement & offer SMS. The opt-out takes effect immediately, and service SMS is never interrupted.

6. Liability and limits

Dadyar's AI answers are legal information grounded in the text of the law, not legal advice; real legal advice is provided by licensed lawyers inside Dadyar. Final decisions and responsibility for acting on information rest with the user, and Dadyar is not liable for losses arising from relying on AI answers alone.

7. Prohibited conduct

Bulk or automated scraping of the law corpus, attempts to bypass caps and security controls, misuse of the service for unlawful purposes, and impersonation of identity or license are prohibited and may lead to suspension or removal of the account.

8. Acceptance and changes

Using Dadyar constitutes acceptance of these terms; when you sign in or sign up, the accepted version and date are recorded on your account. These terms may be updated; the current version is always available on this page, and after a change it is re-recorded on your account at your next sign-in. Continued use constitutes acceptance of the updated version.
