Court fees
Fees for monetary claims are a percentage of the claim value and differ by stage. Set the claim value and stage to compute your filing fee.
How is it calculated?

At first instance, the first 200 million rial of the claim is charged at 2.5% and the excess at 3.5%.

Default objection and appeal cost 4.5%, and cassation, retrial and third-party objection 5.5% — these stages compute on the judgment amount.

The percentages come from clause 12 of Article 3 of the State Revenues Act and budget table 16; non-monetary case fees are fixed by circular.
