Legal deadlines
Objection windows run from the service date — 20 days inside Iran, 2 months abroad — and a deadline landing on an official holiday rolls to the next working day. Enter the service date to see the exact last day.
How is it calculated?
- ۱
The window runs from service: default objection, appeal and cassation 20 days; prosecutor-order objections 10 days; Administrative Justice Court complaints 3 months.
- ۲
Residents abroad get longer windows: 2 months for civil/criminal appeals, 1 month for prosecutor orders, and 6 months for the Administrative Justice Court.
- ۳
If the last day is a Friday or official holiday, the deadline extends to the next working day (Art. 445 CCP); Fridays are handled automatically here — check other holidays against the calendar.
